Girls Craft making Project

Girls Hope is training women and girls to create incomes from the sale of beads and other craft materials made from recycled paper. The project which started in 2010 is targeting non-school-going females including widows and non-school going girls.

The incomes empower the widows to sustain their families while the young girls have an income enought to afford basic necessities. This keeps them away form the lure of unsuspecting males who use the biting poverty under which these girls live for their advantage.
